When this service is the right call

If you have flex on timing, the Standard service ships under sixty minutes anyway and is materially less expensive. What exactly counts as missing the thirty-minute target?

Missing the target means the converted .qbm is not in your Portal download area within thirty minutes of upload completion during posted business hours, for any reason that is not your input — engineer availability, processing-host capacity, tooling failure, or a queue mistake on our side. If the file fails our verification mid-job we pause and contact you, the clock stops, and the guarantee converts to a full refund at your option. The trigger is purely time-on-our-side, not the absence of post-delivery support tickets.

Does the guarantee apply to Complex files or only Standard?

The Guaranteed 30-Minute Conversion is sized for the Standard pipeline — clean source, no advanced inventory, no multi-currency, no oversized lists. If your file matches the Complex profile our diagnostic flags it on intake and we contact you before starting; you can either step down to Complex (which targets sixty minutes) or cancel for a full refund. We never run a Complex-shaped file through the thirty-minute lane silently because the work simply does not fit the slot, and we will not bill the premium for a service that cannot deliver.

What if I upload outside business hours — does the clock start anyway?

No. The clock starts at the next opening of posted business hours, and your job keeps the priority slot for that morning so it is the first conversion processed once the team is back on shift. We confirm business hours plainly in the order receipt before you commit so this is never a surprise. If you absolutely need a conversion completed before the next business day we have an after-hours escalation path; contact pre-purchase support through this Portal and we will scope it directly.

Will I still receive the verification PDF on a thirty-minute order?

Yes. The Guaranteed 30-Minute service runs the same verification checklist as the Standard service — trial balance reconciliation, list-count parity, A/R and A/P aging match, sales-tax rollforward, bank-reconciliation status preservation. The PDF lands in your Portal download area alongside the converted .qbm at the same time. The thirty-minute promise covers both deliverables in one envelope; we do not deliver the file inside the window and then drag the verification document out into a separate clock.
