How credit redemption works

Credits are issued to your Portal account immediately on order completion and remain valid for twelve months from the purchase date. Each credit redeems for one Standard Enterprise → Premier/Pro conversion (service id 1) — same engineers, same verification PDF, same two-ticket support window per redemption, same money-back guarantee. Redemption is a single click on a new conversion order against the credited account. Credits do not require advance scheduling and are not tied to specific client engagements at issuance, so you can route them across whichever client files arrive inside the validity window without administrative overhead.

Per-credit math at launch and regular pricing

Launch-rate math: the 5-Pack at $325.00 CAD divides to $65.00 CAD per credit, against $75.00 CAD per standalone Standard conversion at the same launch promotion. Regular-rate math: the 5-Pack at $649.00 CAD divides to $129.80 CAD per credit, against $149.00 CAD per standalone. The per-credit savings reflect operational simplicity of provisioning in advance, not a reduction in service quality — every redeemed credit produces a complete Standard conversion identical to a standalone purchase in every respect, with the same audit document and verification gate written for every delivery.

Complex-file handling on a redemption

Volume packs are scoped to the Standard conversion only. If a redemption uploads a file that surfaces a Complex shape on intake — advanced inventory, multi-currency, oversized lists, non-default custom fields — the order pauses and we offer an upgrade path to the Complex tier with a transparent dollar adjustment. You do not lose the credit if you decline the upgrade; the credit is returned to your account and you redirect it to a different Standard-shaped file. We never silently auto-upgrade a credit redemption to a higher tier because surprise billing on a clustered engagement is the worst experience we can provide.

Are 5-Pack credits transferable between client engagements?

Yes. Credits live on your Portal account, not on a specific client engagement, so you can redeem them across whichever client files arrive inside the twelve-month validity window. Practices commonly route credits across multiple client files inside a single fiscal year and across multiple fiscal years if the validity window straddles two. The audit document on each redemption records the client identifier we ran against, so the practice's internal billing system can attribute credit usage to the right client engagement after the fact without ambiguity in the trail.

What happens to unused credits after twelve months?

Unused credits expire at the end of the twelve-month validity window from the purchase date. Pre-expiry, the Portal sends reminder emails at sixty, thirty, and seven days remaining so the expiration is never a surprise. If your firm's conversion volume is lighter than the pack size implies on the buying side, the right answer is a smaller engagement or standalones rather than rolling over expired credits — the per-credit savings are sized against actual usage, and stretching the window artificially would erode the operational simplicity that makes the pack pricing sustainable in the first place.

Can I redeem 5-Pack credits for the Guaranteed 30-Minute service?

No. The 5-Pack is scoped to the Standard Enterprise → Premier/Pro conversion only because that is the file shape practices buy in clusters. The Guaranteed 30-Minute Conversion has its own dedicated processing lane with sized engineering capacity, and bundling it into a volume pack would either misprice the lane or compromise the time guarantee. If your practice routinely needs the thirty-minute service, the 10-Pack includes the bundled Guaranteed 30-Minute turnaround on every redemption — which is the structural difference that justifies a separate volume tier.

Do redemptions count separately for the support and money-back guarantee?

Yes. Each redeemed credit produces a complete Standard conversion that ships with its own two-ticket support window inside fourteen days and its own money-back guarantee — exactly the same posture as a standalone purchase. Redemptions do not pool into a single shared support window or a single guarantee scope, because pooling would change the support shape against the practice's actual usage patterns. The Extended Support add-on attaches to individual redemptions the same way it attaches to standalone Standard orders.
